Farewell to our Seniors

Thursday 14 November, Home Hill SHS farewelled its senior class of 2013. In front of a large crowd of dedicated family and teachers, a special Valedictory dinner was held at the Bridge Restaurant to celebrate the successful culmination of many schooling years. Principal Steven Miskin praised the commitment the seniors have shown to their education, the school and the wider community. He acknowledged the students’ potential to go on to achieve amazing things. Stephen Attard spoke on behalf of the parent body, reflecting on the schooling journey, in particular the pressures and rewards of year 12.  Each year 12 was then applauded as they received their graduating certificates and gift.

On Friday the seniors said goodbye to the school in a special parade. They sang the traditional senior song and encouraged the year 12s of 2014 to lead the school towards continued success.

Farewell to the seniors of 2013. We wish you all every success in your future endeavours. May all your dreams come true.
