Home Hill State High School is located in the Burdekin region, approximately an hour south of Townsville. The area is predominantly a sugar growing area, and renowned for producing cane with the highest sugar content in Australia.
Home Hill is a delightful town, with much history and tradition, and some of the best fishing around.
Our school has approximately 240 students, and boasts an extensive curriculum with a record of strong academic achievement.
